I had just finished cleaning the floors and remembered that today was my first weigh in. I’m actually not expecting too much of a weight loss now that I had that little shindig vacation where I basically ate whatever I wanted, so let’s just get to the results, shall we?! :)
Starting Weight: 221.4
Current Weight: 217.4
Total Lbs Lost: 4
Hey, four pounds isn’t bad though I know it could have been a lot more if I had exercised but that’s a new goal for this week so that at next week’s weigh in it will hopefully be a higher loss!
Only 7.4lbs till my first goal!
While I was away on vacation, I really didn’t count calories and such so I’m not really going to post what I ate each day because I already know I went over the 1200 calories. Back on track tomorrow morning and a weigh in! Yay I’m excited even though any weight I probably lost, I gained back but whatever we’ll see. Just because I had a little slip up doesn’t mean I’m going to give up again. :) Plus, I’m off basically the whole week from work (not that I want to be) so i’ll get a lot of biking and walking in, so hopefully I can catch up a bit on what I lacked during this weekend. Day Three was easier by far than the past two days, most likely because I had work all morning and part of the afternoon. Helps keep my mind off my hunger a lot since I’m so busy. Then I went over to see my niece right after work and played with her, (she’s so adorable and fun!) I ate a late dinner which is good because I will be avoiding late night snackage. Haha.
What I am worried about though is this weekend because we are going on a small trip and most likely will be eating out a lot for our meals. I’m going to try to stick to salads and small portions, lots of water. We should be doing quite a bit of biking and walking but just in case. I’ll probably do a weigh in Monday morning instead of Tuesday because I really just wanna see how my progress is going.

Day Two was a lot harder than day one, I really need to get to Walmart and pick up some slim fast meal bars because I can’t drink two Slim fast shakes a day, it’s just too much. I overdid dinner today by so many calories but I’m not going to beat myself up for it. Instead, I’ll just go for an extra long bike ride today and try to keep my calorie intake back down to 1200.
